CUPCAKES

It was my friend Joey's birthday and of COURSE i had to make cupcakes!! Little emma kate wanted to help, so with a TON of her help we put these together.

The iceing i made out of: unsalted butter, confectioners sugar, dash of salt, milk, vanilla, molasses, and lime

For the decorations on the top, I first covered a cookie sheet with wax paper... then i melted some dark chocolate chips in a bowl. Using a spoon i strung the chocolate in different

patterns over the wax paper and put it in the freezer to harden. Once hard, i broke it up into smaller pieces and placed them on the cupcakes for a little added touch.
